Our 16-year-old heat pump shook itself to death when when one of the fan blades broke. After-hours emergency call to Real HVAC Services walked me through cutting power to the outside unit while getting emergency power from the indoor unit. Twenty-four hours later, two techs showed up with our new Bosch system. In six hours, Darrel S. and Brandon O. removed the old and installed the new. This young men were professional, competent, and polite. They even vacuumed their work area and the steps leading upstairs. Outstanding 10-star serve!
Hunter, who we met for the first time, came as scheduled for our winter maintenance service. He was very courteous and friendly, asked questions about the locations of our units, and then immediately went to work. Although he was busy "doing his thing," he was not too busy that he couldn't take the time after he was finished to answer my many questions about our systems. In Hunter's very personable manner, he answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction, and thereby upheld the standard of service excellence that we have experienced and as customers since 2022 have come to expect of Real HVAC. Keep up the great work, Hunter!
Regular HVAC service in Crisfield this morning. Real technician Hunter found an irregularity in the capacitor and went back to Salisbury to get a new one and install it, same day. Thanks, Hunter! Great job!

We had a plumbing issue and had Kevin from Real HVAC come out as soon as possible. Kevin was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable of what he needed to do. He started with the path of least resistance and was finished in no time. Definitely keep them on your radar for "go to" on all your plumbing needs. Real HVAC is trustworthy, friendly, and you get what you pay for. Thank you for serving your community well. I am a very happy customer.
