Called Real HVAC and Plumbing to go look at my elderly sister's issue with her hot water heater. Glad they went! My sister's drain pipe was actually broken as a result of the freeze and they were able to identify the leak and isolate it before it did more damage! WOW what a great company. Right on time

The service was excellent, however its best to ask up front what the total charges are, not just the hourly rate, but there's an additional $25 service fee they don't tell you about when setting up the appt. I was not happy to have that sprung on me after the service was completed. It wasn't so much the extra $25, it was not being told this up front before coming out. Honesty matters.
