The service was excellent, however its best to ask up front what the total charges are, not just the hourly rate, but there's an additional $25 service fee they don't tell you about when setting up the appt. I was not happy to have that sprung on me after the service was completed. It wasn't so much the extra $25, it was not being told this up front before coming out. Honesty matters.

I had a wonderful experience with Real HVAC! My HVAC had stopped working causing my electric bill to skyrocket. I called Real and they had someone out the next morning. Fixed it quickly and for a decent price. Electric bill has since gone way down now that the HVAC has been back up and running. Receptionist and tech were both friendly and professional. Would use this company again and recommend. Thanks for great service!
