Recently had an issue as a storm knocked out my HVAC - the team got to the house within two hours of my call and had me up and running. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt the job was complete prior to leaving. Will use again!

Robbie came to our house several weeks ago and came up with 3 options on how to solve draining off the HVAC condensation. I selected one of the options and today Robbie & Darryl came to implement Robbie's idea. The two of them worked diligently, they communicated with each other the entire time, as a good team should, to get the job done right and relatively quickly but not rushing it so that Robbie was confident his plan was correct. Robbie being more experienced was great at 'coaching' Darryl to teach him a few things Darryl didn't know. Thank You Robbie & Darryl.
REAL HVAC was an excellent company to work with from the initial quote to the final installation. They installed a system in my sister's home who has breathing issues. With the upcoming heat wave they went out of their way to do the install within a few days of receiving the quote. Brandon and Daryl, their installers, did a fantastic job. It took less than a work day for them to install and test the new system in addition to the clean up and removal of the old system. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.
Two HVAC technicians, John and John, discovered on a prior inspection that our HVAC system had not been properly serviced in the past. They informed me that a complete inspection and cleaning of the unit was required in order to provide proper filtration of the system. Today they returned to my home and spent six hours removing the components of the HVAC system, cleaning them, inserting new filters and re-assembling the entire system. They were both gentlemen, competent, respectful and diligent in their efforts. They left no stone unturned when it came to determining the cause of the problem with air filtration and showed great ingenuity in formulating and executing an effective solution to our problem.
Going forward we request that John and John be dispatched to our home for future HVAC services.

?I've been using Real HVAC Services for about 4 years. It started with ?my father's emergency AC unit replacement?, and then became annual maintenance contracts for both houses. Every person I've dealt with, the office staff, the VP of sales, and every technician has been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and they don't try to upsell you unnecessarily. Robbie was here today?, did a great job on my routine maintenance, and easily ?resolved some minor issues. ?I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company and highly recommend them!
We had our first time vent cleaning and inspection on our units. Darryl was the best. Friendly, personable and all around great guy. He did a great job !

Our 16-year-old heat pump shook itself to death when when one of the fan blades broke. After-hours emergency call to Real HVAC Services walked me through cutting power to the outside unit while getting emergency power from the indoor unit. Twenty-four hours later, two techs showed up with our new Bosch system. In six hours, Darrel S. and Brandon O. removed the old and installed the new. This young men were professional, competent, and polite. They even vacuumed their work area and the steps leading upstairs. Outstanding 10-star serve!
