Kevin Muir was very professional and work was completed quick and neat.
Jeff and Larry did an outstanding job. I am so pleased with their prompt and professional service. Jeff diagnosed the problem right away. It was so nice to have someone who knew what they were doing. The part was ordered and installed as soon as it came in. I will definitely be calling Real HVAC Services again, and I will be asking for Jeff and Larry, they were wonderful.
Daryl Sinclair was our serviceman today. We could not be more pleased with his work. He was thorough, charming, informative, and a tremendous asset to your business. His work was primarily in our crawlspace, a place we don't and can't go. He took photos to show us what needed to be replaced and additional photos to show the finished product. It was a good day.
We contacted REAL for new HVAC contract. Jeff, Remy and CJ were very competent, explained all work completed in detail, answered all our questions and found a solution for cooling/heating our upstairs. we would highly recommend!!
Kevin and Andrew are amazing ! They came out the next day! Both of them have great communication skills. It's nice having someone come out who knows what they are talking about !
