Came early after notifying us of the time they expected to arrive. Very polite and friendly.
Due to my crawl space flooding, My HVAC unit was damaged beyond repair. I called RealHVAC and they responded very quickly. I am very inpressed with the professional service from getting me quotes on a new system to installing. All this was done with in just a few days.

Spoke with one of their techs about some HVAC problems we have our church. He took my information and within an hour I had a text message to contact their office.
Tech Jeff was assigned to do an assessment of my reported problems. He arrived an hour early for the appointment. He was courteous, professional with his approach to the job. He verbally communicated his findings as I was taking notes. When asked if he could do repair vs system replacement breakdown he said no problem. As he was leaving he told me if I had any further questions and problems to contact him. BTW he's a nice guy.

The team (Kevin & Josh) arrived on time and went promptly to work. They answered all my questions and concerns and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After they finished the water heater installation they checked everything out to make sure all was working properly, and that there was no mess left.
