Sent a new tech (Brandon) and an experienced tech (Robbie), both were outstanding and professional. I've been with Real HVAC for 4 years and have always been pleased with their service techs and timely response to a service call.
The real HVAC services team of Robbie and Brandon came in. They didn't stop until they figured out what the problem was with the heating system, it was the thermostat. They put in a new thermostat and now it is working properly. I would definitely recommend them.
We cannot stay how incredible Real HVAC was! From the receptionist to getting our quote to the installation - everyone was professional and prompt! We had no issues with our replacement duct work. The supervisor came by to make sure they were all doing a good job! Plus everyone is pretty cute as well! :o)
They were very prompt and unintrusive, and they coordinated well with our mold removal contractors. The job took less time than I expected.
Excellent work with relation to dryer vent cleaning. Responsive attentive staff that makes you feel valued as a customer. Def recommend. Daryl did a great job in a very hard to reach spot.
