I was given a 1:30 appointment time and the tech arrived 10 minutes early. Robbie quickly identified the cause of the leak. He corrected the problem, cleaned up the work area, verified that the system was working properly and that there were no other issues. Overall an excellent job.
In addition I'd like to commend the office staff. They are incredibly courteous, helpful and responsive. Having this team as their first point of contact is a huge benefit to Real HVAC.
We had a great experience with Real HVAC!!! Ron, Daryl, and Jimmy were prompt, timely, and knowledgeable explaining what they were doing and going over everything when the job was done !!! They gave us contact information for any further questions and my home was left in perfect condition when their work was completed. We will definitely be using them again!!
Remy went the extra mile to ensure the airflow on our second floor was adequate to provide comfort for our whole house.
We had an air conditioning emergency while on vacation and our experience started off with such a pleasant and helpful call with Sabrina! She was able to set up a service call for the very next morning for us. Ken and Jeff came first thing and were so kind and professional! They were able to fix our AC in less than 30 minutes and were so knowledgeable about what actions needed to be taken! The team saved a vacation!
Real HVAC responded quickly (within an hour) to our call for an appointment when we had no water. Kevin and Darren were able to diagnose and repair the issue in a timely fashion. They were with us for most of a day, stayed until the problem was fixed. We recommend them for their amazing service and will definitely use them again. We would give them ten stars if that was an option!

Ron, Daryl & Jimmy did a great job I would recommend Real HVAC to anyone needing a new heat pump ( I got the Bosh ) Ron took the time to go over everything about our new system and was very knowledgeable and understanding in how he explained everything, Daryl did a great job connecting the new indoor unit to our existing ductwork and everything else he did underneath the house and Jimmy was very prompt with making sure that Ron and Daryl had everything they needed while working, very pleased.
Jeff did a terrific job, very professional!
