Ron, Daryl & Jimmy did a great job I would recommend Real HVAC to anyone needing a new heat pump ( I got the Bosh ) Ron took the time to go over everything about our new system and was very knowledgeable and understanding in how he explained everything, Daryl did a great job connecting the new indoor unit to our existing ductwork and everything else he did underneath the house and Jimmy was very prompt with making sure that Ron and Daryl had everything they needed while working, very pleased.
Jeff did a terrific job, very professional!
Listen, this team was extremely courteous, genuinely nice and equally competent professionals. Each of them individually and worked well as a team that I highly recommend replacing and installing HVAC systems to anyone looking to have this work done. It great to see this level of talent locally.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Darren at Real HVAC Company, and I cannot emphasize enough how great my experience was. In what could have been a frustrating and costly situation, Darren brought professionalism, expertise, and an unsurpassed level of service that put my worries to rest.
Our water pump had unfortunately given up the ghost, a potentially significant issue which we needed resolved as quickly as possible. Not only was Darren at our doorstep swiftly, but he also managed to identify the problem and fix it within just 30 minutes! In a world where time is money, Darren truly saved the day.
But it wasn't just his speed and efficiency that impressed us. Darren's comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems was evident in the way he worked; he explained the issue clearly, provided recommendations for future maintenance, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. It was quite clear that he takes immense pride in his work, and that he is committed to providing the best possible service to his customers.
Our tankless hot water heater went up the Thursday before Memorial Day. Originally we were told it would be the following Wednesday before they got back to us. Vince and Jeff went out of their way to make sure that we got a new one installed Saturday (Memorial Day Weekend)! Jeff showed up Saturday morning and had it installed within 2 hours. Great response time, follow ups and follow through! Job well done! Theresa
