I called Real HVAC because I had heard that they are reputable from someone that I kinda like and respect. ???? I am new to the area and it's hard to trust that you have made a good choice for any contractor.
A good choice, for me, means that the office staff is polite when they answer my call, the technician shows up on time and is qualified to help me make good decisions for my home and that the cost of the service is comparable to the quality of service provided.
Brenna answered my call. She is so attentive and friendly and booked me with Kevin the plumber in less than a weeks time.
Kevin, the plumber, showed up on time and was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. In minutes he identified the problem, called a vendor, picked up the new faucet I needed and installed it.
He asked about my other service contracts and explained Real HVAC's policies. I expected to be "sold" something like a warranty, extended, pretty extended, maybe extended warranty with service and with fine print that never REALLY covers anything.
But I trusted Kevin. My invoice for the faucet, a shower head install, his expertise and kindness, and a warranty to cover my plumbing for two years and coverage for 2 HVAC units for a year was less than the cost of doing business with my current HVAC company.
This kind of service doesn't exist anymore. This is the age of "send me a text", "I'll get to you sometime next week", "sorry that's not covered in your contract" and unexpected $$$ charges that make me cuss like a Sailor…. Real HVAC is a keeper. That means I wrote their phone number on my WRITTEN (cursive) list. Not just another contact in my phone. Thanks! Becky Forno

Air conditioning is a necessity today but it's something you don't think about until you don't have it anymore. Thankfully, there's Real HVAC Services to call. My experience with this company, from the receptionist to the scheduler to the service technician, was outstanding. Darren was amazing…kind, courteous, professional and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and then going ahead and doing it. I really appreciated the quick response. He had my system up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company. Call them when you need to. You won't be sorry.
Remy arrived promptly, checked out our 3 HVAC systems at 8 AM at CraZy LadyZ boutique in Ocean View DE. He explained everything he did very clearly, took his time getting everything done correctly, cleaned the coils and took before and after pics, found and fixed a leak that was just starting. All around impressive young man who seemed well educated in his services. Time will tell, but excellent so far!!!!
Remy was great! He was very knowledgeable and informative. Any time I need HVAC maintenance I know Remy will get the job done!
Kevin provided outstanding service. He did an excellent job installing new hardware and did not leave any mess behind.

I use this company not only for my work as a regional property manager but for my personal use as well. Very professional very reasonable prices amazing staff and they are quick and efficient. Kevin is our main plumber and he does amazing work and he's fun to be around!
