Air conditioning is a necessity today but it's something you don't think about until you don't have it anymore. Thankfully, there's Real HVAC Services to call. My experience with this company, from the receptionist to the scheduler to the service technician, was outstanding. Darren was amazing…kind, courteous, professional and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and then going ahead and doing it. I really appreciated the quick response. He had my system up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company. Call them when you need to. You won't be sorry.
Remy arrived promptly, checked out our 3 HVAC systems at 8 AM at CraZy LadyZ boutique in Ocean View DE. He explained everything he did very clearly, took his time getting everything done correctly, cleaned the coils and took before and after pics, found and fixed a leak that was just starting. All around impressive young man who seemed well educated in his services. Time will tell, but excellent so far!!!!

Technician (Remy) did an excellent job. He was on time, thorough, explained everything in a professional manner, and was on the lookout for potential problems so I can address those now rather than when it becomes an emergency. I will definitely be using them again.
