Kevin just serviced our tankless hot water system. In addition to doing a great job, he provided an overview of the work, and why it is important to the health of our system. We have an annual service contract with Real HVAC Services and we could not be happier with them. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Real HVAC Services recently did the spring changeover of our heat to AC, and also flushed our tankless hot water system. Matt and Kevin were both great, working cleanly and carefully, and also providing valuable information about our various systems that will help us keep them operating smoothly in the years ahead.
