Spoke with one of their techs about some HVAC problems we have our church. He took my information and within an hour I had a text message to contact their office.
Tech Jeff was assigned to do an assessment of my reported problems. He arrived an hour early for the appointment. He was courteous, professional with his approach to the job. He verbally communicated his findings as I was taking notes. When asked if he could do repair vs system replacement breakdown he said no problem. As he was leaving he told me if I had any further questions and problems to contact him. BTW he's a nice guy.
